As been mentioned by Pn. Ros, for week 13 we going to have a finalize presentation on our project. So group FOUR-T have make a meeting to discuss about the content of the presentation later on and also dividing the task to each members. Ziera, as the group leader lead the meeting.All member attend the meeting and gave full cooperation. We also have dicided to choose Hanani and Ziera as the presenter for our group. Hope this finalize presentation will run moothly and according to the time frame. We would like to wish best of luck to all for this final finding and hope everybody doing great in presentation. Within this class hour we have been asked by Pn. Ros to discuss a case study about Electronic Supply Chain Management (ESCM) within small company in Tasmania. This discussing invovled all the group members and we have divided the task according to the number of question that related to the case study. Every member give full cooperation, as we manage to complete the draft within 1 and half hour given time. This case study is really gave us an overview about when and how reengineering process need to be in place when the effect of implementing ESCM is not valuable enough without a full technical support from the human resource itself. There were many problems occur within the company as they (workers and manager) dont really familliar with the system.

As the task given to us, we need to summarize the business practice,identify the business process , identify the problems and come out with suggestion and conclusion and submit to Pn. Ros by 12 noon Friday.

For week 10 , we meet up and have a meeting to complete the template as we have to submit to Pn. Ros on Friday. We also make some clarification on the process of what we going to reengineer later to suit the template so that we are not making a mistake later on.

As schedule in subject outline for week 9 , presentation series will take place within the class hour for both Wednesday and Thursday. Our group, Four-T as the first presenter on Thursday. The presentation mainly consist the progress report for our class project also little flashback on the backgorund of the subject. In the presentation , we also need to define the subject business process that we plan to reengineer. This include the flow of the business process and the problems occur within it. As mention in the previous entry before, our group decide to focus in the subject iventory method. As analyzing process took place we come out with several problem that occur in the iventory system.

As for now we will have another meeting for completing the assumption surfacing template that need to be submit to Pn.Ros next Thursday. Ends here.We will updates later for the next progress. (",)

Off for mid term break.

For this week seven, we've been moved toward chapter 4 : Detailed process Design. In this particular chapter , there are three key component that consist in redesign process stage:

i) process structure
ii) technology structure
iii)organization structure

For technology structure we have been given a task to complete within the class and group presented will be given 1 bonus mark. So this task actually took us to clearly understand the support of potential technology in redesign process . See attachment below.

For this week, we are being asked by Pn. Ros to apply surfacing assumption template to the particular business process running in the subject business activity. As for our group , we had choose the boutique's inventory system among some other activities within the boutique that we had list. we need to conduct the Inventory into five template which is What , Why, When, Where and How.All group members give full co-operation.
